Darling Aviary is Sacramento's premier rooftop bar and restaurant, perched above DoCo's energy at 712 K Street. We're the spot where the city comes alive, whether you're settling in for happy hour cocktails after work, brunching above the skyline on a Sunday, or celebrating something worth remembering.
But we're also something more. Our menus are built around the farm-to-fork movement, using nose-to-tail cooking and root-to-fruit bar practices to honor every ingredient our growers hand us.
